Heat up the summer with the the Kensington Sun & Salsa on July 22
nd
from 11am – 5pm! Spicy Salsa, sizzling dancers, and saucy Street Performers will keep you busy as you wander down the street.We also have tons of new stuff this year. Open Streets is inviting you to help paint the street mandala, join in a mini-bike race, or hop on a bike to power a music stage. You can also watch as a plain wall in Kensington is transformed by a local Grafitti artist into something amazing. If you’re looking for where the party’s at come to the LMFAO Street Party Stage! With B-Boy Battles, hiphop dancers, and Beat-Boxers you’ll be grooving all day long! For the kids our amazing kids zone with bouncy houses, hula-hoop making, and tons of other fun will keep the little ones happy. Hungry? Support our charities and buy a bag of Salsa chips for $2 and sample all the amazing salsa’s. For those who want to take it easy relax on one of the 11 patios. If you want to grab a quick bite visit the yycFoodTruck frenzy and sample the amazing food they serve up.
