Candidates are selected by the following:
1 chosen by the Regent Emperors
1 chosen by the Regent Empresses
1 chosen by the current EoY Title Holder
1 chosen by the ISCWR Board
The Top 3 from online nominations
Total of 7 Candidates
Nominees must be able to attend the show.
If a candidate cannot attend, their name will be removed from the list and no new nominee will be considered unless there are less than 4 nominees.
The winner of Entertainer of the Year will be selected by adding the total ballots to the scoring by the judges.
The judges will base their scoring on
Outfit (10)
Performance (20)
Attitude (5)
Audience Response (15)
for a score out of 50 points
While all shows are generally open shows, preference will be given to past Entertainer of the Years and current reigning title holders in addition to the candidates and will be capped at 20-25 numbers
