This Easter long weekend Earls Kitchen + Bar (select locations) features a delectable weekend brunch. Offering irresistible fresh, made-from-scratch interesting dishes with great drink options - all in a casual, warm, stylish environment, Earls brunch menu is offered alongside the full menu, perfect for that early riser in your group ready for a great cheeseburger by noon.

With many of the locations offering the weekend brunch menu on both Good Friday and Easter Monday (check your local Earls for hours), select Earls extends their weekend brunch hours from the usual Saturday & Sunday.

Offerings include Chorizo + Mushroom Hash with poached eggs, avocado, crispy fried potatoes, field mushrooms and hollandaise; a classic Eggs Benny with sweet Virginia ham; or a warm savoury Bacon and Fried Egg Sandwich filled with gouda, tomato & caramelized lemon aioli on a warm griddled sourdough - with many of the locations offering their own versions of French Toast or Pancakes .

Bar options including a full wine and bubbles list and an extensive craft beer selection, with one of Canada’s best Caesars, Earls Signature Caesar, featured.
