Celebrate Vancouver Pride this August in the heart of Davie Village

Whether guests are looking for a bear, or want to go bare down there, Yaletown’s OPUS Hotel has everything  needed to survive and thrive at Pride 2015. Taking  place on August 2, the 37th annual  Vancouver Pride Parade runs through Davie Village, a short shimmy from OPUS Hotel.

"We don’t do beige at OPUS Hotel," says Nicholas Gandossi, General Manager at OPUS Hotel. "But we do roll  out the rainbow carpet for all of  our guests and we are  looking forward to offering  a tempting package for the Pride weekend."

Anyone feeling ballsy should check out OPUS Hotel’s Bare Necessities package for the ultimate Pride weekend. Guests are welcomed with a glass of bubbly and will enjoy overnight accommodation in the rainbow room of their choice.

Included in the stay is a Pride Survival Kit, which is full of protection (sun and otherwise) to ensure a fun weekend. Sunscreen, stylish  shades and OPUS Hotel’s famous intimacy kit are all included. Guests also get Balls Out and Sweet Spot, Stripped Wax Bar's latest hygiene sprays to keep things cool after waxing services for two at the Yaletown salon.

Get to  the Pride parties in style with a complimentary downtown  drop---off in OPUS’s Jaguar (based on availability). Visitors also get two tickets for TFD Presents Rapture Victory at The Commodore Ballroom  – Pride’s monumental closing  party with DJ Tom Stephan  and DJ Grind.

Round off the weekend  with brunch at La Pentola, OPUS Hotel’s award---winning Northern Italian restaurant. OPUS Hotel will  toast guests with a complimentary  bottle of bubbly if  they quote OPUS Pride  Package when booking.

OPUS is a long standing member of both TAG and IGLTA, as well as a proud sponsor of the Vancouver  Queer Film Festival. From  August 13---23, the VQFF brings  the very best in queer  independent global cinema  to Vancouver.

Advocates state that over 40%  of homeless youth identify as  LGBT and OPUS will  be donating 10% of  every booking of the Bare  Necessities Pride Package  back to homeless youth  organization Covenant House Vancouver  to support their  important work in  the community with at---risk youth.
