THIS HEARTFELT BALLAD IS DESTINED TO BECOME ANOTHER CLASSIC IN HIS DISCOGRAPHY AND IS INCLUDED ON HIS NEW ALBUM A QUIÉN QUIERA ESCUCHAR – ON SALE FEBRUARY 10, 2015!

Still enjoying the fruits of his international chart-topper "Adiós," Ricky Martin now prepares the January 12 world radio premiere of his single "Disparo al Corazón" (Shot to the Heart). It's the second single from his highly anticipated album A Quién Quiera Escuchar (To Whomever Wants to Listen). The tenth studio album of his career, it's scheduled to be released on February 10. Meanwhile, "Disparo al Corazón" will be available for download from all major digital outlets on January 13.

"Disparo al Corazón" is a ballad that follows in the grand tradition of his timeless standards such as "Vuelve," "Tal Vez" and "Fuego de Noche," among others. It's co-written by Ricky Martin alongside Yoel Henríquez, Pedro Capó and Rafael Esparza Ruíz, and features production by the multiple Latin GRAMMY® winner Julio Reyes.

Ricky Martin gives a majestic interpretation of this song, whose lyrical and musical content touch our emotions from the very first chords as we discover his intimate, passionate and authentic performance.

"Disparo al Corazón" previews A Quién Quiera Escuchar, the latest masterwork by one of the world's most admired artists.

Over three decades into his career, Ricky Martin has more momentum than ever. Last year, he started things off by appearing on Wisin's mega-hit "Adrenalina" alongside Jennifer Lopez, which has racked up over 250 million views on VEVO so far.

He continued his amazing 2014 with his World Cup song "Vida," which was selected for him to record via a songwriting contest. It hit No. 1 on 17 major charts around the world including Chinese rankings such as the China Music Weekly Chart, China Popular Music Weekly Single Chart, FM 101.6 Trend Weekly Single, and Fashion Music Weekly Single Chart – an unprecedented achievement for a foreign artist.

After serving as a coach on The Voice Australia, Ricky Martin returned to his native Puerto Rico to perform humanitarian work, as he opened the Centro Tau, a facility that serves at-risk children in Las Cuevas, Loíza.

In Mexico, Ricky Martin became an even bigger favorite of this country that's always admired him, serving as a coach on The Voice Mexico. In late September, he premiered the first single from A Quién Quiera Escuchar, titled "Adiós." This song scaled the upper reaches of the Billboard Latin Digital Songs chart, while hitting No. 1 in Mexico and remaining at No. 1 on Colombia's Radio Latino chart to this day. The song's music video features Ricky Martin playing five characters and has racked up over 10 million views on VEVO.

Taking full advantage of his stay in Mexico, Ricky Martin in October kicked off his 28-concert, three-month Live in Mexico tour, delighting fans with his stagecraft, choreography, energy and iconic set list filled with hits old and new.

And he finished 2014 with even more surprising triumphs, including the launch of a men's clothing and accessories line dubbed RICKY MARTIN by .ADF. He collaborated with .ADF (A Different Fur), which combines luxury and perfectly designed simplicity. Meanwhile, Madame Tussaud's museum in Las Vegas honored him with his first wax figure, which will be put on permanent display this spring at the soon-to-be-opened Madame Tussaud's in Orlando. While in Las Vegas, he also gave one of the Latin GRAMMYs'® most exciting live performances.

From L.A. to Viña del Mar, Chile; from Morocco to Macau; and from Austria to Australia, Ricky Martin performed on all six inhabited continents in 2014, and 2015 will bring even bigger triumphs.

Get ready for the release of A Quién Quiera Escuchar on February 10, and cheer Ricky Martin on as he's nominated for four Premio Lo Nuestro 2015 awards. Soon, he'll launch an extensive promotional tour, followed by a world concert tour with dates to be announced in the near future.
