Blazin' Boot Camp Presented by: Team Edmonton Edmonton - Monday, December 24, 2007 (7:00PM) Location: Stratford Junior Senior High School 8715 - 153 Street Summary: Circuit training, weight training, stretching, ball sculpting, cardio and obstacle training. Details: This activity combines circuit training, weight training, stretching, ball sculpting, cardio and obstacle training. Bootcamp is set to challenge those individuals who are looking to increase their overall level of fitness. Bootcampers set their own level of challenge according to their fitness ability and are expected to self monitor their limits. Depending upon the station this may mean adding more weight or reducing weights, increasing or decreasing the repetitions or slowing or speeding up the exercise. The atmosphere is designed to be fun, motivating and encouraging. Please ensure that you arrive prepared to start at 7:00. As each bootcamp is different it is important to arrive on time to review the order of the stations and exercises. There are also other groups that use the facilites after bootcamp so it is important that we do not overlap with their rental time. We will have access to the gyms at 6:45 so this will give bootcampers time to change, stretch or assist setting up.
