Poster Image Annual General Meeting Presented by: ISCWR Edmonton - Tuesday, September 17, 2019 (7:00PM) Location: Edmonton Inn & Conference Centre 11834 Kingsway Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta T5G 3J5 Summary: Open to the public and general membership. Details: The ISCWR's first meeting of Reign 44! Save the date for our annual general meeting (AGM) to be followed by the regular monthly meeting. The AGM will deal with the previous reigns financials and elect board members. The general meeting is to keep everyone informed. We plan upcoming events and set up volunteering. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend. No membership is required! The following positions are up for election at our AGM: President – two-year term Secretary – two-year term Member at Large - two year term Trustee - two year term These are the positions known at this time. Descriptions of these positions, eligibility, and the responsibilities they entail, can be found on our website at: http://iscwr.ca/docs/Bylaws2012.pdf. Any questions regarding these positions may be forwarded to: board@iscwr.ca. If you are unable to attend the AGM and would like to accept a nomination for a board position, please send a letter prior to the AGM to board@iscwr.ca outlining which position(s) you would like to accept a nomination for.
