The ISCWR presents the annual King & Queen of Hearts Pageant.  Performances by the Candidates, past King & Queen of Hearts, the Upper House and special guests! Hosted by King & Queen of Hearts 2012 Genuwine and Kelsey Breeze as well as Her Most Imperial Sovereign Majesty Empress Elect 37 Vanity Fair.
