Gay marriage may now finally be legal, but not all in the LGBTQ community are rejoicing.
In the latest episode of "Takes On," F-Comedy’s new original video series that features popular stand-up comedians and other public figures ‘taking on’ relevant social and political issues, Girl Code star Quinn Marcus takes on gay marriage and explains how the Supreme Court ruined her life, revealing that now that she CAN legally get married, how her mom can unfortunately legally pressure her to.

Marcus argues that before gay marriage was legal, being gay wasn’t stressful at all. She and others could date without asking themselves "is this going anywhere" because it wasn’t "legally" going anywhere. She used to laugh at all of her straight friends who were under pressure from their families to get married, while the only pressure she received was to accept her parents Facebook friend requests. Now, according to Marcus, her parents have a Google doc of every single lesbian within a 50 mile radius of her hometown.
