The openly gay singer from Liverpool has Tweeted a new picture after a session with his personal trainer,  with the message

'At last I'm gaining weight!! Wahoo'

That sentence for most gay men is the death knell, but we're happy you're happy Marcus, plus you do look pretty darn perfect!
