Shaughnessy Alberta is an unincorporated hamlet 10 min north of the City of Lethbridge.
We have it all (almost). HUGE lots. Free-spirited culturally/racially diverse and welcoming community. Great parks.
Affordable housing and low taxes. Flat rate for water (gardeners take note).
What we need is more LGBTQ2S folk! We are a community of 167 houses - seriously it's basically an apartment block with giant yards.
Where else can you own a detached home for under $200 000 with a ten min commute to work?
And there are SO MANY STARS <3
