This is a great place in lower half of house self contained, laundry, dishwasher, new carpeting throughout, new paint. Tastefully appointed, great people, and an even greater roomie . Backyard for Bom fires, bbq,s for the summer. Sunny.. yet cool in our apt. very quiet, but sounds like the jungle book 
in the mornings.. lol birds love it here. Male or Female.
Location is four min walk to LRT 17 avenue malls restaurants and 10 mins by lrt to the core.
