Have you considered psychotherapy?  It seems to me you need to get some issues off your plate, and a shrink could help.  I may be terribly old-fashioned or vanilla, but I think sex in terms of a relationship should involve at least affection if not love, where the humanity of both partners is uppermost in the other's mind--not blood, pain, and humiliation.  That is not what gay sex should be about.  I bet you used to torture animals--get help, for your own sake if not for ours.
