NW Crescent Heights House - Professionals and or Students Welcome!
Roommate required to share our house with. Crescent Heights NW 5 or so minutes walk to City center. The house is close to Rotary Park, China-Town, Princes Island, Stanley Park, SAIT, Safeway's, and half a block to main Bus routes on Center Street. Close by bike and walk-way access.
The room is partially furnished. Includes a bed, small dresser, wardrobe with TV, Cable-Box, and Internent connectivity via wireless. Shared Bath, Laundry and more... Shared fridge downstairs for cold food's storeage. Huge back yard with covered Patio, small garden and more.
Must be a pet "Cat's" friendly roommate'(s). The room is available October 1st.
