Hey! We're looking for one other roommate to share this great place with up in the NW corner of Calgary. The house is close to Nosehill Park, Shouldice (Athletics Park), Northland Mall, Market Mall, MRU, U of C, Sait, Safeway, LRT(Dalhousie Station), inter-connected city bike trails and paths, Crowchild Tr. and Stoney Tr.
Downtown is only 15 mins away. Bike and walk-way access from back yard. You must be a down to earth, chill, pet "dog" friendly roommate. This house is great for professionals and or students who are 21-35 years of age.
Your room is available either August 1st or Sept 1st.
