Rent is $500/month. Damage deposit, is $250, can pay it over time
etc (like $50/month till you get to $250) if you don't have it right
away, and it is refundable
depending on the state the room is left in when you leave. Typical
stuff.
Rent includes all utilities, digital HD PVR cable, phone, long distance,
and wireless high speed internet.
(Room can be furnished if needed.)
There's a second TV with regular cable downstairs as well. Lots of space
for storage downstairs, as well as shared laundry, and an extra
fridge/freezer.
Rent also includes toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies etc.
You have access to dishes/pots/pans etc., a PS2, and a Wii that you're
welcome to use. There's a coffee machine, BBQ, dishwasher, microwave etc that you can use as
well.
No cats. No smoking allowed in the house.
Location is quite central. 15 minute drive to downtown core. Close to
SAIT as well. Bus route on street block from house. Bus Routes 119, 19, and 33.
