looking for a roomate to share a two bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen and living room basement suite in a quiet area of NE Calgary for Feb 1, 2010. The space is in the bottom half of the house and has a separate entrance from the living quarters upstairs. The rent for one room will be $450.00 a month. This includes the utilities but if you would like access to the internet than it will be half of the internet bill. There are laundry facilities within the house. I am renting the place from the landlord who lives upstairs; and am looking for someone who is quiet and clean living. The residence is no smoking but you're more then welcome to smoke outside of the house
