I am a single straight professional 30 year old woman looking for a male mature roommate in the Forest Heights area. I welcome students at a University level to apply. Live in a newly renovated 2 bedroom condo. Condo has on suite laundry, fireplace, intimate back yard and brand new appliances. The locaton is brillaint in that it's a five minute walk to Marlborough C-train station and a 8 minute drive to Downtown Calgary. Lots of visitor parking to accomodate parking needs. Looking for renter to move in Oct 1st.2009.
Must be okay with dogs as I have a bloodhoundX. He's very friendly, lovable and enjoys the company of humans.
Please note: I have a crawl space that can be used to store storage so no need for off site storage.
No partiers or bar stars! Thank you!
