We would share the laundry area and kitchen area but other then that, your area is very private. Very much like a basement suite. Lots of living space, private full bathroom, finished basement (furnished), large deck for BBQ'ing, big yard, close to transit, close to shopping, close to schools, close too leisure centre, theatre, deerfoot trail, airport and the list goes on and on No drugs, no smoking allowed in the house. I have two small dogs (well behaved, nonshedding) and two cats that do not get the run of the house but if you are allergic, you should know that the cats are living here. No illegal activity will be tolerated. We are professionals who live in the home and expect the same of our roomie
