I am looking for a roommate to share a great, beautifully decorated dt (12ave 15st sw) townhouse. Your room would include a private bath with shower. Laundry, internet, cable, phone (not including long distance) and all utilities included. The rent is $650.00 per plus DD. The townhouse has a 16x20 deck with patio funiture and BBQ. If you like movies I have a great soundsurround system and 52" big screen and over 200 movies. I am looking for a mature roommate who is not into to much partying. I enjoy quiet times at home but sometimes have friends over for dinner or a BBQ. No pets please but I do have a small dog so you have to be ok with that.
