10:55 PM | Subject: 2 Bedrooms in a 3 bedroom condo
hi i'm a 27 year old guy living in the NE in a 3 bedroom condo. The lease holder is moving out, and I'd like to take over the lease, but I need some help as I can't afford it myself. Rent is $575 including all utilities. The place is sparsely furnished, so if you have a couch, coffee table and dining table, that's PERFECT, if not it's ok, I will find these furnishings ASAP.
