Private space for rent in our colourful and warm house furnished in late 19th century French Victorian. Looking for easy going preofessional to share house with same!
House has 2 bath, new euro-vintage kitchen, hardwood, high ceilings, lots of light and character.
Can be furnished or not. Space is private and house is quiet and peaceful with occasional wine drinking.
Close to all amenities, bus, ACAD, Kensington, best city views, river, pathways and coffee shops. 15 min walk downtown in one of cities most sought after neighborhoods.
House is smoke/cat free. Dogs are negotiable.
