Follow Up: my cell # isn't a Calgary # so you would need to include the "1-403..." but you could still text me & I could call you back.
Price was a typo, $400. I'm pretty quiet and work afternoons/nights but I do have great transit access to downtown on #3 or 301 buses.
If you're a tv junkie like me you might like to know that I get EVERY channel except Setanta Sports, and I could get that if you wanted.
