You may have noticed that manually placing HTML in your message body does not work. As a security feature of the forum, we disallow most HTML otherwise a tag like |
would majorly screw up the layout of this page, even outside of this posted message.
There are a few exceptions for basic formatting. Note that spaces have been added before the closing > of each tag so that you can see them.
To apply
bolding to your text, surround it with bold tags as follows: <b >my text</b >.
To apply
italics to your text, surround it with italic tags as follows: <i >my text</i >.
To apply
underlining to your text, surround it with underline tags as follows: <u >my text</u >.
Here are some examples of incorrectly formatted tags that are not replaced:
