On the corner of 16 ave & 10 st SW, Skygate Tower. Looking for a clean, responsible, and quiet male roomie to share 2 bdrm apt for Oct 1st. Rent $610/month, DD $600. Does not include parking, power, cable, phone, internet. Apt fully furnished, except for your bedroom. Bldg has laundry facility, excercise room with sauna. Parking available underground/outdoor. I am a smoker, so a roomie who smokes, or tolerates it would be great. I also work days/evenings, so quiet evenings are the norm.
